Very unusual menu that always attracts us. We have never been disappointed. It is imperative to reserve a table!

We had food delivered to our home today and were really excited about the delicious goose! Pre-ordering was totally uncomplicated via WhatsApp and the delivery came very punctually. The food was incredibly delicious, we were all very excited! It could only have been a little hotter, but no point deducted! We order again and hopefully we can come back in person soon. Great team. Stay healthy.

Very professional team. We ordered roast goose for 4 people with all the side dishes and sauce, "To go" because of Corona Lockdown November. Everything was wonderful and tasted fantastic. The goose is so tender, none of it has been thrown away, simply delicious. There was a folding box to pick up (to borrow) and everything was wonderfully packed. Big compliments to Carolus in Nidderau-Windecken. Highly recommended!!!

Best food. Great cuisine. The dishes are perfectly coordinated and well seasoned. We had the spicy aunt, goulash soup in a loaf of bread, the salad with chicken strips and the enamored cheese. Great dishes. And wg. Corana currently has a delivery service. The lady is very nice too. Thank you and in any case see you soon .. 5 stars

Great place, there is a lot to discover and, on top of that, delicious food and very attentive waiters.

Interesting rooms, the host collects everything that is fun. I only stayed, unfortunately not eaten. I'll catch up soon, because the food looks good. The hotel makes a leap in time.

Been there today. Great rustic location with a beautiful inner courtyard. Food was plentiful and reasonably priced. Food was obviously homemade from A to Z. Recommendation.

The inn is a historic half-timbered building, lovingly prepared. The rooms are spacious, clean and tidy. The hosts are very open and friendly. The menu is rustic and based on Bohemian cuisine. The food is delicious and enough for the big hunger. This also applies to breakfast. The inner courtyard and dining room have a clocky, cozy character. Simply a place to feel good.

Unbeatable for more than 20 years. Whether it was in Dörnigeim or the last few years in Nidderau ... If you don't know the Landgasthof Carolus, you're missing something. Milan and his team are simply great!

We were here again after a year. We had to wait an hour for our food. Then I found the prices a bit over the top, for another Telerchen side dish fried potatoes 6, - I find really violent. Since the Burning Love for 16 euros was a little on the plate for a man. I won't go there anytime soon.

Super nice service. Food was very good and I'll be back. Those who like to eat garlic will get their money's worth here.

Best place @Nidderau to get good Schnitzels, Kraut and Handkääs especially with Garlic(taste) - better don't have a interview next day ;-) Don't miss the appetizer-bread with "witch breath"
